The consequences are often a strong and one-sided strain on the body, creating back, neck and spine pain, as well as difficulty concentrating. Ergonomic height adjustable tables can provide relief, and can even prevent further physical damage in later years.

The ideal “sit-stand-desk” for the office is now being offered by the German manufacturer reflecta GmbH in the form of an „ERGO Sit-Stand Workstation“.

Thanks to a pneumatic spring system, the “ERGO Sit-Stand Workstation DS950 Black” can be adjusted to 22 different working heights (from 106-500mm), bringing a whole lot of dynamic into any given office. The working space (960x615mm, 15 kg bearing load) which also offers a tray spot for smartphones and tablets, is brought to the desired height with its adjustment lever, and then locked securely into place. Now you can alternate between working in a seated or standing position. This interplay has positive effects on your health, and increases concentration and wellbeing. The measurements of the keyboard tray are 945x300m with a maximum working load of up to 2 kg. 

For those who don’t want to readjust to a new sit-standing desk combo, will find two other ERGO models as a reasonably priced alternative, for alternating between sitting and standing while working at a desk. With its new „ERGO Laptop Riser“ reflecta presents a height-adjustable stand, that can hold a laptop with a weight of up to 5 kg, and a screen size of 10“-15.6“. Seven different heights from 207mm to 267 mm are available, offering optimal viewing height. Non-slip silicone pads protect the working area from possible scratches. Stoppers will keep the laptop from sliding, and the adjustable length fits almost all laptop sizes (162-252mm) The ERGO Laptop Riser is made of plastic, aluminum and stainless steel, and measures 236x207x26 mm in a space-saving and foldable design.

The second option, the „ERGO Stand Workstation C450 black” is a mobile working space, which is simply hooked onto the back of an office chair and can hold up to 10 kg of weight. This offers an easy and simple solution for working on a Notebook while standing upright. The adjustable stand can be attached to any office chair, and the light and foldable design allows for problem-free transport. An indentation for smartphones is implemented in the workspace, with a comfortable size of 450 x 400 x 256 mm.
